What you'll be doing
We're looking for an energetic, relationship-focusedSales Representativewho's ready to drive growth, build lasting partnerships, and make an impact within theIndependent Grocery channel.
Build and strengthen relationships across theIndependent Grocery network, uncovering recent growth opportunities.
Bring products to life in-store throughmerchandising, promotional activation, and execution excellence.
Manage aconsistent call cycleto meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
Negotiatedistribution, ranging, and shelf positioningto maximise visibility and sales.
Plan and executestrategies that align with client priorities and marketing initiatives.
Travel within your region, includingoccasional regional trips 2-3 times per year.
What you'll bring
Proven background insales or customer service, ideally withinFMCG or Independent Grocery.
Apeople-first approachwith natural relationship-building skills.
Tech-savvy and confident usingMS Office, CRM, and email systems.
Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable workingautonomously.
Strongtime management and attention to detail.
Apositive, can-do attitudeand thrive under pressure.




CurrentAustralian driver's licenceandreliable vehicle.
Ideally location in or around Melbourne's south-east suburbs (i.e. Moorabbin, Dandenong, Glen Waverley etc)
