As we continue to expand, we're looking for a talented Account Manager / 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Dandenong Branch.
The Scope Of your Responsibilities Will Be:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Manage accounts and conduct client visits
Source, recruit, and manage an external workforce for casual placements
Maintain a diverse candidate database
Foster ongoing client relationships and ensure exceptional service
Manage recruitment and selection for both temporary and permanent roles
Handle general administrative tasks independently
