What you'll do
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues affecting the streaming experience.
Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure optimal operation of technical systems.
Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide technical support to internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Maintain documentation of technical processes, troubleshooting guides, and operational workflows.
Participate in the testing and deployment of new features and updates, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in operational performance.
Support the onboarding of recent team members by providing training on technical systems and processes.
Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with industry trends and technologies.




Work closely with the engineering team to provide feedback on system performance and suggest enhancements.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management, summarizing operational metrics and performance.
Contribute to the development of best practices for technical operations and support initiatives aimed at improving user satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical operations or support role, preferably in the technology or streaming industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with experience in SQL or similar querying languages.
Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Nice to have
Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Python, Java,



or JavaScript.
Knowledge of streaming technologies and protocols, including HLS, DASH, or RTMP.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, providing technical support or training.
Understanding of network infrastructure and security best practices.
Skills & tools
Proficient in using various technical tools and software for monitoring and troubleshooting systems.
Experience with collaboration tools such as Slack, Jira, or Confluence to facilitate team communication and project management.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git for managing code and documentation.
Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
