Key Responsibilities
Deliver an exceptional and highly personalised luxury client experience.
Develop a deep understanding of each client's preferences and lifestyle to provide tailored recommendations.
Present the maison's fine jewellery collections with confidence, expertise and passion.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with current and existing clients through proactive clienteling.




Drive sales performance while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.
Maintain accurate client records and utilise CRM tools to build loyalty and maximise business opportunities.
Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience within luxury retail, fine jewellery, watches or a premium client-facing environment.
A proven ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional personalised service.
A commercial mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a diverse clientele.
Experience using CRM systems and clienteling tools.
A genuine passion for luxury, craftsmanship and creating memorable client experiences.
