Munarra Limited is seeking a highly organised Administration Coordinator (0.6 FTE) to provide dedicated administrative support for the Munarra Centre for Regional Excellence in Shepparton.
As a key member of our team, you will manage day‐to‐day administrative tasks, coordinate calendars and meetings, support invoicing and documentation, coordinate event bookings and help ensure the business runs efficiently.

This part‐time role offers genuine flexibility - hours can be worked within school hours or spread across multiple days to suit your circumstances.
Good to know
This is a 12-month maximum-term contract
The salary for this role is $42,000 (0.6FTE) plus superannuation (12%)

Key responsibilities
Managing files, and information systems with a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and data integrity
Coordinating calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics
Responding to enquiries across multiple communication channels, including email, reception, and phone
Processing administrative documentation such as invoices, expenses, ensuring timely and compliant workflows
Creating polished reports, presentations, and meeting materials that support informed decision‐making and collaborative team activity
Overseeing day‐to‐day office administration, including room bookings, supplies, technology needs, and general workplace coordination
Providing administrative support for special projects and organisational initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation

What we're looking for
Strong organisational and time‐management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
Sound knowledge of office management systems, procedures, and general administration practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
Qualified, courteous, and culturally respectful manner when engaging with colleagues and external contacts
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team
Commitment to supporting First Nations peoples, cultures, and community‐focused work
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
