About the Role
As a Personal Care Worker,you'll work as part of a supportive care team to deliver high-quality personal care and daily living support to residents.You'll play a key role in promoting wellbeing,independenceand quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care, hygiene,groomingand oral care
Assistwith meals,mobilityand daily living activities
Support lifestyle and wellbeing programs
Monitor, document and report changes in residents' condition
Promote residents' dignity,choiceand independence
Follow Aged Care Quality Standards, infection controlpracticesand TLC policies
Requirements
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care or equivalent
Previousaged care experience preferred




Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
Strong communicationand teamwork skills
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current Influenza andX3COVID-19 vaccinations in line with TLC requirements
