UTH provides metro, short-haul and line-haul cartage that covers Queensland, Victoria, Western Australia, South Australia and Northern Territory.

This position can be either full time ($45 per hour + penalties) or casual ($***** per hour + penalties) with suitable working hours.
You will be paid hourly with overtime penalties and any related loadings etc.Monday to Friday working week.
We encourage the older driver that may want to work a couple of days a week.
We are seeking an experienced Tanker Driver to join our dedicated team in Wattleup, WA.
Loading points are in Kwinana, Canning Vale and Welshpool, with deliveries around the Worsley, Boddington and Pinjarra areas.
As a Tanker Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of various Non-DG powder flocs and bulk liquid chemicals to our clients across the region.
This full-time or casual role is an integral part of our operations, ensuring we deliver high-quality service to our customers.
What you'll be doing
Operate heavy commercial vehicles, such as tankers, to transport liquids and dry bulk to customer sites
This may involve driving various trailer configurations (Single, B Double, Road Train) throughout the day
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety and compliance
Adhere to all relevant road transport regulations and company policies
Using and maintaining EWD (electronic work dairy)
Communicate effectively with the dispatch team to coordinate deliveries and address any issues
Complete all necessary inductions, paperwork and documentation related to each delivery
Provide exceptional customer service and always maintain a professional demeanor at all times
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations through feedback and suggestions
What we're looking for
A valid Heavy Combination (HC) or (MC) driver's licence
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tanker Driver or in a similar heavy vehicle role
Mechanical knowledge is an advantage
Someone that resides close to Wattleup
Proficient computer skills to be able to complete online inductions, paperwork etc.
Thorough understanding of road transport regulations and safe driving practices
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle unexpected situations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the team and customers
Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to help grow the company
Ability to pass pre-employment medical and D&A;
