About the Role
We're looking for a practical, organised and hands-onDepot,
Fleet and Asset Co-Ordinatorto join our Wangaratta team.
This is not your typical warehouse role.
As a key member of our operations team, you'll help ensure our depot, fleet, plant, equipment and materials are maintained, organised, compliant and ready to support projects across North East Victoria.
Working within a trade-based electrical contracting environment, the role supports the coordination of electrical materials, tools, equipment and air conditioning inventory, along with fleet, asset and depot operations.
One day you may be receiving materials, coordinating fleet servicing and completing stocktakes.
The next, you could be assisting with equipment compliance, maintaining asset records, supporting audits or helping keep the depot operating efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day operation and presentation of the Wangaratta depot.
Coordinate warehouse activities, stock control and inventory management.
Receive, store and distribute materials, tools and equipment.
Assist with stock ordering, receipting and stocktake activities.
Maintain fleet records, servicing schedules and compliance requirements.
Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs and inspections.
Maintain plant, equipment and asset registers.
Support equipment servicing, testing and compliance activities.
Assist with ISO systems, audits and compliance documentation.
Operate forklifts and assist with the movement of materials and equipment.
About You
You are organised, reliable and enjoy practical, hands‐on work.
You take pride in maintaining high standards and enjoy being the person who helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
Experience in the electrical industry (desirable but not essential).
Experience in warehouse, logistics, depot operations, fleet support or a similar operational role.
Strong organisational and administration skills.
Good computer and record‐keeping abilities.
A practical, proactive approach to work.
Solid attention to detail and commitment to safety.
A current Driver's Licence and Forklift Licence, or the willingness to obtain required licences.
