Quest Ivanhoe, a 59-room property refurbished and part of Quest Apartment Hotels, is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join the front desk team on a full time basis.
You will greet guests, respond to enquiries, process reservations and help guests enjoy a smooth stay.
The role requires a passion for service, strong communication, ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays, and entitlements to work in Australia.
