WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As a Sales Agent,



you will take full ownership of your business, working independently while leveraging the agency's support structure to grow your pipeline and increase deal value.
You will:
Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
Manage end-to-end sales campaigns from listing through to settlement
Conduct appraisals, listing presentations, and negotiations
Build and maintain a strong personal database
Work with high-value properties and clientele
Consistently grow your GCI and personal brand
Proven experience as a Sales Agent within residential real estate
Current performance around $300K+ annual GCI
Strong work ethic and a hunter mentality
Ability to operate independently or as a standalone agent
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Strong communication and relationship-building ability
Skilled presentation and drive to succeed
Class 2 / Class 1 Licence (NSW)
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Full working rights in Australia
Experience working within high-value or premium property markets
Existing database within Sydney's Eastern Suburbs
