Everything HR is seeking a part time People and Culture Business Partner to support a Melbourne-based client.
This role is onsite in Laverton for 16 hours per week, with potential travel to other client sites.
You will collaborate with the People and Culture Director to develop and implement strategies across recruitment, retention, learning and development, and HR day-to-day operations, ensuring policy compliance and a positive workplace culture.
