We are expanding and looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive student recruitment, develop agent networks, and lead marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Drive onshore student enrolments by effectively managing and converting leads
Build and maintain solid relationships with local and international education agents




Support the planning and delivery of both digital and offline marketing campaigns
Represent NAPS at recruitment events, expos, and agent briefings
Manage and track lead data and communications using CRM systems
Collaborate closely with admissions and academic teams to ensure a seamless student journey from enquiry to enrolment
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 3 years previous experience in theHigher Education sector(essential) or 5 years in theVET sector in Melbourne.
Chinese, Indonesian or other East Asian speaker preferred
Strong understanding ofkey international student markets and GS requirement(essential)
Proven experience in student recruitment, sales, or business development
Understanding in CRM, PRISMS and Meshed
A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
A relevant qualification in business, marketing, international education or a related field (desirable)
