No healthcare experience is required.We'll teach you the industry—you bring the sales ability.

What you'll be selling
You'll work with businesses looking to start, grow or improve their operations across Australia's most regulated industries.
You'll consult with business owners, understand their goals and challenges,



and recommend HCPA's consulting and advisory solutions to help them achieve compliance, growth and long-term success.
What you'll do
Manage qualified inbound and warm outbound opportunities
Conduct discovery calls and solution-based sales presentations
Build and manage your own sales pipeline
Negotiate and close new business
Build long-term client relationships
Consistently exceed revenue targets
Who we're looking for
2+ years in B2B, consultative or high-performance sales
A track record of exceeding sales targets
Confidence negotiating and closing deals
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Resilience and a competitive mindset
Healthcare experience isnot required.
