About the Role
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of a premium commercial asset while maintaining strong service delivery standards and compliance obligations.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing building operations and contractor performance
Overseeing preventative and reactive maintenance programs




Monitoring compliance, risk and statutory requirements
Managing service contracts and operational budgets
Coordinating capital works and tenant fit-out projects
Building strong relationships with tenants and key stakeholders
Conducting regular property inspections and reporting
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous Facilities Management experience within commercial property
Solid knowledge of building services, contractor management and compliance
Experience managing operational and maintenance budgets
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
Relevant property, facilities management or building-related qualifications (desirable)
