We are a bustling, modern clinic driven by a large, well-oiled team of over 25 professionals (including 10 dentists, 5 receptionists, and 10 clinical support staff).
Right now, we are looking for a vibrant Front of House superstar to join our reception team.

The Role & Your Growth
We are looking for someone to be the welcoming face of our clinic.
You will start by mastering the core rhythm of our front desk, which includes:
Greeting patients and managing the daily flow of a fast-paced waiting room.
Handling appointment bookings, data entry, and processing payments.
Engaging in brief, impactful face-to-face interactions to ensure every patient feels valued and informed.
Room to Evolve:Because we are hiring for a wide breadth of experience, the role is designed to scale with your abilities.
For those with a background in customer solutions or sales, there is extensive opportunity to expand your responsibilities over time.
Once you are comfortable with our clinical systems and patient flow,



this role can evolve to involve comprehensive case management—sitting down with patients to explain complex treatment plans, find solutions, and guide them through their healthcare journey.

The Details
The Team:You'll be fully supported by 5 other dedicated reception team members at the front desk, ensuring you are never flying solo.
The Hours:Full time.
The clinic operates from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
Your shifts will generally span 8:15 AM to 6:45 PM.
You can expect 9-to-10-hour workdays, which include a 1-hour break broken up throughout the day to keep you recharged.
The Pay:$***** to $***** per hour, commensurate with the skills, attitude, and background you bring to the table.
