What you'll do
Provide technical support for the MineStar® applications to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in application support or a similar role.
Robust understanding of software applications and their implementation in a mining context.




Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
Nice to have
Familiarity with mining operations and equipment.
Experience with project management methodologies.
Skills & tools
Proficiency in software troubleshooting and customer support tools.
Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
Experience with MineStar® technology is a plus.
Practical notes
Candidates must be eligible to work in Australia.
Travel may be required for on-site customer support.
