The Opportunity
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide clinical care and leadership across the home, working closely with residents, families, care staff, medical practitioners and allied health professionals.
You will be supported by an experienced management and clinical team and will have the opportunity to further develop your aged care knowledge and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, high-quality and person-centred nursing care
Complete resident assessments and develop individualised care plans
Administer medications and oversee medication management
Identify and respond to changes in residents' health and wellbeing
Maintain accurate, factual and timely clinical documentation
Provide guidance and clinical support to care staff
Communicate effectively with residents, families and healthcare professionals
Manage incidents, clinical risks and appropriate escalation




Support compliance with the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
Contribute to audits, continuous improvement and clinical governance activities

About You
To be considered, you will have:
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Previous residential aged care experience in Australia (2 years minimum)
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Sound knowledge of medication management and clinical documentation
An understanding of aged care quality standards and clinical governance
Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
The ability to support and guide care staff
Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
Current Australian working rights
