Bidfood Truganina is looking for reliable, hard-working people to join us as Pick Packers at our Hoppers Crossing warehouse.
Bidfood is Australia's leading foodservice distributor, and so this role involves picking and packing orders for some of the country's busiest cafés, restaurants and institutions.
It suits someone who wants to work hard, stay active and be part of a well-run operation - without being stuck behind a desk.
About the role
This role is all about getting customer orders ready quickly, accurately and with care.
You'll work in freezer, chiller and dry areas, helping make sure deliveries go out on time, every time.
Your day will include:
Picking and assembling orders to spec
Moving between dry, chilled and frozen zones
Keeping your area clean, organised and safe
Helping your team meet daily targets
Supporting the warehouse team when needed

About you
You're physically fit, switched on and ready to get stuck in.
You don't mind the cold, you show up on time and you get the job done properly.
You take pride in being part of a team that keeps things moving.
You might have experience in a warehouse, kitchen or similar fast-paced environment, but the most important thing is your attitude.

Skills and experience
You'll bring a solid work ethic,



a practical mindset and the ability to handle physical tasks in a fast-paced workplace.
You will also be:
Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
Have good time management and attention to detail
Able to follow instructions and meet daily targets
Comfortable working in cold environments (down to -25°C)
Previous warehouse or picking experience is a bonus, but not a must
