The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Brand, Innovation & Evolution, you'll lead the development and execution of national marketing strategy across the business, while supporting franchise partners to maximise local growth and success.
You'll be responsible for:
Developing and executing national marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention
Supporting and influencing a growing network of franchise partners with local area marketing
Leading digital, content, campaigns, events and promotional activity
Managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign performance and ROI
Overseeing brand, website and marketing collateral to ensure a consistent and compelling customer experience




Leading PR and communications initiatives and monitoring competitor activity
Building strong relationships across franchisees, venues and internal stakeholders
Leading, mentoring and developing a small, high-performing marketing team
About You
You're an experienced marketing leader who thrives in afast-paced, entrepreneurial and growing environment.
You can move seamlessly betweenbig-picture strategy and hands-on execution, and you're confident influencing stakeholders and building strong relationships across a diverse franchise network.
Ideally, you'll bring:
5+ years' experience in a marketing management role
Experience infranchising, hospitality, retail, entertainment or a multi-site environmentis highly desirable
Robust digital, content and campaign marketing experience
Proven ability to manage budgets, analyse data and measure marketing performance
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline
