What you'll do
Participate in all phases of the software development process, including discovery, building, testing, and refinement.
Oversee and direct the use of agentic tools, ensuring adherence to established practices and guidelines.
Evaluate, validate, and improve the outputs generated by the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into our software solutions.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of software development experience.




Proficiency in Dynamics 365 solutions and familiarity with AI tooling.
Full-stack development skills, with a solid understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies.
Ability to adapt to new technologies quickly and effectively.
Nice to have
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
Skills & tools
Proficient in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, or Python.
Familiarity with modern development frameworks and tools.
Understanding of software development best practices, including version control and testing methodologies.
