Medmate is seeking an Overnight Medical Receptionist to join our telehealth clinic in Richmond, Victoria.
You will be the first point of contact for patients accessing our virtual care service, handling calls, emails and chat, and coordinating with clinicians.
This full time role (38 hours/week) involves a rotating roster including weekdays and weekends from 11pm to 7am, enabling flexible coverage and contributing to improved access to care across Australia.
