Essential Criteria
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Postgraduate qualifications in Mental Health Nursing (or equivalent)
Minimum of three years' full-time or equivalent experience (domestic candidates) or four years' full-time or equivalent experience (international candidates) in mental health settings (acute, community, or crisis intervention)
Comprehensive knowledge of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Act **** and contemporary service frameworks
Strong assessment, risk management, and therapeutic engagement skills.
