About the role
Hybrid andfullyremote working arrangements available
0.8 FTE Part time role(with flexibility on 4 days or 5 shorter days)
Fixed term to30 June ****(with potential for renewal)
$94,*********+ 12% super + 17.5% annual leave loading+ 5additionaldayshealth/wellbeing leave
Reporting to the Contracts & Procurement Lead, this role supports the effective management of procurement and contracts across Our Watch.
Working closely with teams across the organisation,you'llreview and negotiate contracts, manage procurement activities,providepractical advice on contractual and compliance risks, and helpmaintaineffective procurement systems and processes.
You'llwork with a diverse range of stakeholders including suppliers, commercial partners, government funders, philanthropicorganisationsand sector partners.

The key responsibilities in this role include:
Review, negotiate and manage contracts throughout their lifecycle
Support procurement activities from sourcing through to contract execution
Identifyand manage contractual, commercial and compliance risks
Maintain procurement and contract records, including payment tracking
Partner with project teams to deliver procurement and contracting outcomes
Contribute to the improvement of procurement policies,templatesand processes
Coordinate external legal advice whenrequired
About you
You'resomeone with experience in contracts, procurement, commercial administration, legal support, or a related field, and have developed robust contract review and negotiation skills.
You also have:
The ability toidentifyand manage contractual, commercial and compliance risks
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge constructively
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with experiencemaintainingaccuratecontract records
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
The ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage competing priorities
A commitment to learning and applying an intersectional lens to your work
