I'm currently partnering with a highly regarded specialist real estate private credit manager to appoint a Senior Analyst or Associate to its Sydney investment team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a boutique, entrepreneurial platform where you'll gain exposure across the entire investment lifecycle rather than being confined to a single function.
You'll work alongside an experienced investment team across ***** transactions each year, with responsibilities including:
Financial modelling & credit analysis
Investment Committee support
Working directly with borrowers, banks & intermediaries
