The Opportunity
We're looking forreliable, motivated Process Workersto join our teams inPreston.
You'll work on production lines, complete hands‐on tasks, and help keep things moving safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
Operate production lines and equipment safely and efficiently.
Complete safety checks and report any potential issues or hazards.
Ensure products are made to specification and complete all quality checks per SOPs.




Record production and quality data accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and order in your work area.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
Assist with changeovers, assembly, and alternate duties during downtime.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across production operations.
About You
We're looking for team players who are:
Safety and quality focused with strong attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual and self-motivated.
Willing to learn, develop skills, and follow standard operating procedures.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Versatile to work overtime or shift rosters as required.
Experienced in manufacturing, production, or machine operation (desirable but not essential).
