The Role:
Full-Time Position, Tuesday – Saturday
As part of our team you will:
Perform advanced skin and body treatments using our medical-grade technology.
Conduct thorough consultations and create personalised treatment plans that deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Build genuine relationships with clients through outstanding customer care and education.
Recommend appropriate home care, skincare and wellness products to maximise treatment results.
Maintain impeccable clinic presentation, cleanliness and treatment standards.
Achieve and exceed KPIs for client retention, rebooking and product sales.
Support clients throughout their entire journey—from their first enquiry through to ongoing maintenance treatments.

About You:
We're looking for someone who genuinely loves helping people become the healthiest, happiest version of themselves.
Experience as a Skin Therapist, Dermal Therapist, Massage / Lymphatic Therapist or within a medical aesthetics clinic.
A genuine passion for skin, body, health and wellness.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Confidence conducting consultations and recommending treatment plans.
Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
The ability to multitask in a quick-paced clinic environment.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
A positive, team-first mindset.
A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
