You will work on a range of but not limited to,
- Mergers & acquisitions;
- Shareholder, & partnership agreements;
- Joint ventures agreements;
- Corporate governance; and
- Business succession agreements.

About you
The ideal candidate will have;
- At least 5 years of post admission experience within corporate & commercial law.
Candidates with more experience are strongly encouraged to apply;
