The Role
You'll manage the day-to-day operations of a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 150 properties.
With ingoings and routine inspections completed by the team, you'll focus on landlord and tenant communication, maintenance coordination, lease renewals, compliance, and ensuring your portfolio runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of approximately 150 properties




Build and maintain solid relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and lease renewals
Manage outgoings across the portfolio
Ensure compliance with NSW residential tenancy legislation
Deliver an exceptional standard of customer service
About You
Previous experience as a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence
Strong knowledge of NSW residential tenancy legislation
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
