We are currently seeking applications for a Warehouse Office Administrator for our bookings team.
A fast growing department which you will help to progress and drive a high standard of customer service.
Hours of work will be: 7am - 3pm - Monday to Friday
We are looking for:
An experienced, detailed administrator to work in the office of our Acacia Ridge warehouse.
Anorganised, self-motivated worker who is reliable and adaptable
A quick learner who has a good understanding of computers and feels that they can pick up programs easily
Full training provided
Monday to Friday, hours can be flexible to suit,



warehouse hours generally from 7am-5pm (standard day is 8hrs).
Ability to work every 2nd Saturday would be ideal - 7am-11am
Previous experience in a similar role highly regarded.
Previous systems experience a must with Pronto highly regarded
high standard of customer service communication
able to use the delivery booking system and scheduling system to complete customer deliveries
Role Responsibilities
Communicating with customers
Booking in of deliveries
Customer service support
Answer incoming calls to the warehouse and direct as required
Manage incoming emails
Scheduling and routing of deliveries
Prepare daily paperwork for warehouse teams and stores
Liaise with stores and carriers
Manage office supplies
Be comfortable working in a warehouse setting
