About the Opportunity
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you'll be a trusted advisor to leaders across our operational and corporate teams, helping drive people outcomes that support business success.
This is a diverse and rewarding role where no two days are the same.
You'll have the opportunity to influence decision-making, develop leadership capability, support organisational change, and make a genuine impact on our people and culture.
What You'll Be Doing
Partnering with leaders to provide practical, commercially focused HR advice and support.
Coaching and developing managers across performance management, employee relations, and leadership effectiveness.
Managing employee and industrial relations matters with confidence and professionalism.
Supporting workforce planning, talent development, and succession initiatives.
Driving employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture programs.
Leading and contributing to key People & Culture projects and change initiatives.
Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, Enterprise Agreements, and HR policies.




Using people data and insights to support informed business decisions.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or People & Culture Business Partner role.
Strong employee relations and stakeholder management capabilities.
Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice.
Experience working within operational, blue-collar, transport, logistics, manufacturing, or similar environments will be highly regarded.
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
A positive, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset.
The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
