Their work spans residential, commercial, industrial and master‐planned developments, with clients ranging from local councils to major private landowners and developers across the state.
As aSenior Town Planner,



you'll take the lead on small to medium-scale development applications — from early-phase advisory and feasibility studies through to post-approval compliance.
You'll be involved across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, industrial, community facilities, and greenfield developments in key growth areas, collaborating closely with teams across different offices.
This role will suit someone with4+ years' experiencein either local/state government or consulting, includingat least 12 months working within the Queensland planning system.
