In this role, you'll be at the forefront ofcreating secure, high-performing sites, embedding a proactivesafety culture, supporting our site teams, and ensuringevery build reflects Graya's commitment to safety,compliance and excellence.

What You'll Do
Championa safety-first culture on site, leading by example and being a visible presence every day.
Workclosely with site teams, subcontractors and consultants toensure compliance and build genuine engagement around safety.
Conductrisk assessments, inspections and audits to maintain the highestsafety standards across all stages of construction.
Proactivelyidentify hazards, investigate incidents and implementpreventative actions to continuously improve site safety.
Supportthe development, communication and implementation of safetyplans, procedures and training.
Partnerwith leaders to ensure WHS legislation, policies and companyprocedures are understood and applied across all projects.
Requirements
What You'll Bring




Asafety-first mindset with proven experience in health andsafety on commercial construction sites.
Experience inmulti-rise projects is highly regarded
Strongleadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with theconfidence to engage and influence at every level.
Theability to build trusted relationships with site teams,subcontractors and stakeholders.
Aproactive, solutions-focused approach to risk and compliance.
ACert IV in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent) is highly regarded.
Acollaborative mindset and a genuine commitment to shaping apositive, high-performing safety culture.
