What you'll do
Lead the design process for product development, ensuring user-centered solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and iterate on design concepts.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in product design or user experience roles.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.




Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with stakeholders.
Nice to have
Familiarity with agile methodologies.
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
Skills & tools
Design software: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
