Drawing on your independent governance perspective and deep real estate expertise, you will help steer the strategic direction and growth of a substantial private and affordable property portfolio,



with the subsidised affordable housing portfolio expected to grow significantly in the coming years alongside an emerging and growing sales service.
Top professional, personal and social skills are paramount...
It's expected you'll bring substantial experience, and success, in large-scale real estate, property development, property investment, social infrastructure, capital projects, corporate real estate strategy or major asset portfolios.
Board experience is also a must.
A strong governance capability and strategic judgement will complement your excellent operational capabilities and enviable communications skills.
