The Glasshouse in Caulfield is hiring a Permanent Commis Chef to join Pegasus Leisure Group's kitchen team.
You will work hands-on from prep to pass in a quick-paced pub kitchen, keeping food standards high and helping senior chefs during service.
Ideal candidates hold Cert III/IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) and possess food safety certificates, with experience in busy pubs or bistros.
Rotating roster including nights and weekends is required.
