We're looking for aSenior Manager, Food & Beverage – Australiato shape, lead and elevate the Food & Beverage experience acrossPerisher, Falls Creek and Hotham.
Based at The Station in Jindabyne and reporting to the Director, Hospitality Experience - Australia, this role sits at the heart of our Australian operations, combining strategic influence with hands‐on leadership across some of the country's most iconic alpine destinations.
You'll lead a diverse, high‐volume portfolio spanning restaurants, bars, events and on‐mountain experiences – building exceptional leadership teams, driving commercial performance, and creating guest experiences that are as memorable as the mountains themselves.

What You'll Bring
Experience leading multi-site teams in dynamic, customer-focused environments, building teams and improving performance
Demonstrated capability to evolve food and beverage operations to provide differentiated guest experiences.
Strong commercial and financial capabilities.
A collaborative leadership style with a passion for coaching and developing others.
Experience within resorts, tourism, hotels or seasonal operations will be highly regarded.
