The Role
Work alongside the GM to ensureexceptional standards of service and venue management
Engage with staff and customers, always fostering a fun, and a professional and positive work environment
You will run shifts and be involved in all components of pub operations,



doing it all with a smile on your face.
You will help manage all components of staff management - from recruitment through to training and shift management
You will have an unpretentious attitude, great communication skills, and a naturally friendly and engaging personality
The Expectation
You will have a sound knowledge and love of the Pub & Hospitality scene
An extensive knowledge and passion for all things beverage - beer, cocktails, spirits and wine
You will have a minimum of 5 years recent experience in a similar role
RSA and RCG qualifications - or the ability to obtain
Understanding of current Liquor and Gaming Regulations
Effective communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to work and communicate effectively
Good time management & organisational skills
The ability to manage the venue autonomously in the absence of the owner
You will be a natural leader and inspire those you are working with
