That creates a genuine opportunity for a Senior Project Manager who wants to do more than manage timelines, attend meetings and update steering packs.
You'll help create the structure, rhythm and delivery capability behind major workstreams across Microsoft Dynamics 365, business process redesign, workflow automation, user experience, data, shared services, operational improvement and future technology enablement.
Some initiatives will focus on core ERP capability.
Others may involve point of sale, logistics, finance, sales, customer service, warehousing or related business systems.
What matters most is your ability to take a broad outcome, break it into the right pieces, build a proper plan and keep people moving against it.
The role




You'll take ownership of major workstreams within a broader enterprise transformation.
That means managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, resources, vendors, reporting and benefits.
You'll work closely with technology teams, business stakeholders and external partners to ensure delivery is controlled, visible and moving in the right direction.
Success in this role won't be measured by the number of project plans you produce.
It will be measured by your ability to bring clarity to complexity, keep stakeholders aligned and consistently turn strategy into successful delivery.

Our client is a long-established Australian manufacturing and distribution organisation with operations across the country and close to 900 employees.
It has grown significantly over many years and is now investing in the systems, processes and technology foundations required to support its next stage of growth.

You'll have access to senior leaders, visibility across the organisation and the chance to work closely with operational teams who will feel the impact of this work every day.
About you
You are likely to be an experienced Senior Project Manager who takes genuine pride in getting things right.
ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or broader enterprise systems experience would be highly regarded,



but this role is not only about having delivered one type of system before.
The stronger requirement is project management discipline.
You know how to build proper work breakdown structures, manage risk, track dependencies, challenge timelines, hold people accountable and give leaders confidence that the work is under control.
You'll be comfortable working with business users, technical teams, vendors and senior stakeholders.
You'll also need the right style for the environment: practical, humble, direct, resilient and comfortable working with people across head office, operations, branches and warehouses.
PMP, PRINCE2 or similar project management certification will be highly regarded.
Working arrangements
This role is primarily office-based in Western Sydney near Blacktown.
The business has a strong in-person culture, and the success of this program will depend on being close to the people, processes and operational issues the technology is being built to improve.
Flexibility is available when needed, but this role will suit someone who genuinely wants to be visible, involved and working closely with the team.
