The McIntosh Group have Service Technician roles (Heavy Diesel / Plant Mechanic / Fitter General) available in our Construction Distribution Australia (CDA) Branch in Truganina, Melbourne.

What you'll be doing:
As a Service Technician, you will join a team of skilled service professionals who take pride in delivering an exceptional standard of service to our customers.
Your role will be a combination of workshop and field-based work, including completing fit-outs of new and used construction machinery and equipment prior to delivery, carrying out scheduled servicing and repairs, diagnosing faults, and responding to on-site breakdowns.
Experience working with electric plant and equipment, including fault finding and diagnostics, would be highly desirable, as we continue to support evolving technologies across our product range.
What you'll need to succeed:




Trade qualified, HD Mechanic / Plant Mechanic / Fitter General, or similar (essential)
Outstanding troubleshooting/diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A valid driver's licence (essential)
Electrical knowledge (preferred but not essential)
Adhere to safety guidelines
