Managing relationships with landlords and tenants
Handlingmaintenance requests and coordination
Attending properties forexit inspections




Maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Ensuring compliance with property management legislation and processes
What We're Looking For
2-3 years experience in a Property Management
Current QLD Certificate of Registration
Valid driver's license
Strong organisational & time management skill
A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
