Your Role:
As a Personal Injury Lawyer, you will:
Represent clients in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, medical negligence, and other personal injury matters.
Handle all aspects of case management, including client consultations, legal research, drafting, negotiations,



and courtroom representation.
Work closely with support staff to deliver exceptional service.
Advocate for clients' rights, ensuring they receive fair compensation for their injuries.
The opportunity to work on matters from CTP claims, workers compensation claims, public liability claims, TPD claims, amongst other areas.
Essential experience in workers compensation and TPD claims is required.
What We're Looking For:
A qualified lawyer with 3+ years PAE of sound understanding of relevant NSW CTP legislation (post ****).
Exceptional negotiation, advocacy, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload with robust organizational skills.
A proactive, 'can-do' attitude and commitment to achieving justice for clients.
Demonstrate initiative and take pride in your work.
High level of written and verbal communication skills.
Current NSW legal practising certificate is required at time of application.
Experience in intermediate hearing advocacy is required.
