About the Role:
The FM Operations Manager will be responsible for managing Non Process Infrastructure (NPI) assets, accommodation and camp operations.

This is a permanent position working on a rotating roster to various camps operating throughout Queensland.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for Hard services delivery – CMMS, electrical and HVAC maintenance in remote camps and villages
P+L duties
People leadership – Supervisors and mixed trade team
Solid client engagement skills, change mgmt. and customer focus
Ensure compliance with electrical requirements and standards
Manage minor works project activities for camp and site office assets
Act as point of contact for the Client for all operational requirements
Participate in audits and inspections
Ensure strict standards for HSE
Ensure all personnel are trained and competent in safe working practices
Regular reporting to management and client

Successful Criteria:
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or relevant Trade (electrical preferred), or substantial relevant experience in a similar role




Previous experience in a senior management or operational role
Experience leading teams and mentoring
Effective stakeholder engagement skills and client relationship management
High level planning, analytical and problem solving skills
The ability to work autonomously and be hands-on when required
Experience working on a site based workplace within the Oil & Gas, Resources or Construction industries
Mobile camp operations & field experience
Contractor management skills & experience
