Bar Capri, located within Elysium Noosa, seeks an experienced Bar Manager to lead daily operations of Noosa's premier cocktail venue. You will manage up to 20 bartenders and floor staff, driving superior service and hospitality at the center of every guest experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role within a high-energy operation. Lead and mentor a large hospitality team, develop seasonal beverage offerings, and collaborate with our leadership on financial performance and guest satisfaction.
