The Prospect

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll professional looking to join a purpose-driven organisation, or a Junior Payroll Officer looking to take on more responsibility.

The successful candidate will be given a high level of flexibility and autonomy, and the opportunity to take real ownership of the role.

The Challenge

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day payroll for all Australian sites. Your duties will include the following:
End-to-end preparation and processing of payroll for 400+ staff
Managing onboarding and offboarding, including new starters and terminations
Maintaining and updating leave balances and entitlements
Responding to a range of payroll-related queries in a timely and skilled manner
Processing superannuation and payroll tax
Completing WGEA reporting requirements




Assisting management with continuous improvement and payroll process enhancements

The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a payroll-focused role
Exposure to high-volume payroll environments, ideally with 300+ employees
Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with larger payroll systems such as iChris, SAP, ADP, or similar
