The role is full-time and involves leading the swim school team to deliver high-quality programs and protected water-based activities for members and guests.
You will work with the Manager to coach Swim Teachers and Squad Coaches, manage day-to-day operations, and drive customer service excellence with a passion for swimming and student progression.
