Retail Bedding Store Manager - Moorabbin | Uncapped Earnings

Bevmarks is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Moorabbin showroom.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys driving sales, developing people, and creating a showroom setting where customers feel genuinely looked after.

You will be leading a close-knit retail team, maintaining high store standards, and playing an active role in helping customers choose quality beds, mattresses and bedroom furniture.

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for

leading the day-to-day performance of the Moorabbin showroom and this include the following:
Leading,



coaching and motivating the sales team
Driving showroom sales, customer service and overall store performance
Helping customers choose the right bedding and bedroom furniture solutions
Setting clear expectations around service, presentation and sales activity
Managing rosters, opening and closing procedures, stock coordination and showroom readiness
Supporting recent starters with onboarding, training and product knowledge

About you

You are a confident retail leader who knows how to get the best from a team.

You enjoy being on the showroom floor, working with customers, and leading by example. You are commercially minded, organised and comfortable being accountable for store results.

We would like to hear from candidates with:
Previous retail store management experience and a strong record of achieving sales targets
Experience leading and coaching sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets
Background in bedding, furniture, big-ticket retail or consultative sales
Robust customer service and communication skills
Motivation to earn well and be rewarded for performance
