to support civil construction activities on the project.

TESMEC Australia is seeking experienced operators to join our team for an exciting renewable energy project at Delburn Wind Farm, located in Gippsland, Victoria.

We are looking for skilled and reliable:
Excavator Operators (15–30 tonne excavators)
Articulated Dump Truck Drivers

to support civil construction activities on the project.

About the role:
Project commencement: September 2026
Location: Delburn, Victoria
Long-term project prospect
Working with modern heavy equipment and an experienced construction team




Preference will be given to local candidates

About you:

You will have:
Proven experience operating heavy machinery on civil construction projects
Experience working safely in a construction environment
Strong understanding of site safety requirements
Ability to work as part of a qualified team
Current relevant tickets/licences and VOCs
White Card (mandatory)

Experience with:
Wind farm construction
Bulk earthworks
Trenching or underground services
Large civil projects

would be highly regarded.
