What you'll do
Oversee the development and implementation of creative AI and data solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product capabilities and customer engagement.

Requirements
Proven experience in engineering leadership roles, ideally with a focus on AI and data.
Robust background in financial services technology and its applications.




A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in software development and engineering management.

Nice to have
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Experience in agile methodologies and project management frameworks.

Skills & tools
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and data analysis tools.
Experience with data architecture and database management systems.
