Technology Enhanced Asset Management (TEAM) is seeking experiencedMechanical Maintenance Plannersto support major mining operations acrossPerth and Brisbane.
We're looking for planners with a strong mechanical maintenance background, proven SAP experience, and the ability to develop high-quality maintenance plans that improve asset reliability and execution.
Experience across fixed plant is essential, with gold processing operations highly regarded.

What we're looking for
Proven experience as aMechanical Maintenance Plannerwithin the mining industry
Strong background planning maintenance for fixed plant equipment, including crushers, conveyors, pumps, mills, screens and processing equipment
Previous planning experience withingold processing operationshighly regarded
SAP PM experience is essential
Mechanical trade qualification or extensive mechanical maintenance planning experience
Strong understanding of work management, preventative maintenance and shutdown planning




Experience developing job packs, work instructions, resource requirements and maintenance schedules
Ability to work closely with maintenance, operations and reliability teams to optimise asset performance
Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
