What you’ll do
Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of Power Platform solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and to promote innovative approaches.

Requirements
Proven experience in leading a development team, specifically in the Power Platform workplace.




Robust background in creating enterprise-scale Power Apps solutions.
Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Ability to mentor and guide team members in their career development.

Nice to have
Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies such as Azure or Dynamics 365.
Experience in Agile methodologies.

Skills & tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Knowledge of application development best practices and methodologies.
Experience with software development lifecycle and project management tools.

Practical notes
This role may require flexibility in working hours to accommodate project needs.
